Create a New Team
If you do not already have a SportsEngine Account, please create one.
Tap +Add Team.
Tap Create Team.
Enter and select the team details, which include:
Team Name
Sport
Age Group
Location
Team Color
Organization Name (optional)
In the upper right corner, tap Create to finish creating your team.
HQ Premium subscribers must create teams using SportsEngine's league and website management tools. You cannot manage teams created within the mobile app in SportsEngine HQ.
Rostering Players and Staff
Please ensure that you have the email addresses of your team members before beginning. The system will send an invitation to the email address provided, allowing the member to join.
Within the Home tab, tap the team you wish to add players and/or staff within.
Tap Roster.
Tap Add near the bottom right corner of the screen.
Tap either Player or Staff.
For Players, first/last name, and email address are required.
For Staff, first/last name, and email address are required. You may also choose to give Team Manager privileges.
Tap Add New Player/Staff when finished.
Adding Games and Events
Within the Home tab, tap the Add Event button within the team you wish to add a game or event for.
Tap either Add Game or Add Event.
Fill out the required/desired information for your game/event.
Tap Add when finished.
