NOTE: Only Team Creators or those with Team Manager privileges are able to send RSVP Invites to All Players and Staff when a game or event is first created through the app.

This view can be filtered by Players, Staff, or All.

Locate and tap on the "Event" you wish to manage.

- Teammates who have responded with Yes, No, or Maybe.
- Teammates with No Response.
- Teammates who are Not Invited.

1. Tap Schedules.
2. Locate and tap on the "Event" you wish to manage.
3. Tap on the RSVP tab.
4. View "RSVP Summary" of
 - Teammates who have responded with Yes, No, or Maybe.
 - Teammates with No Response.
 - Teammates who are Not Invited.

NOTE: You will need to repeat these instructions under both the Players and Staff tabs.

Continue from the View RSVP Responses directions above.

Select either the Players or Staff tab.

Ensure the button to the right of all Responses you wish to remind is enabled.

1. Continue from the View RSVP Responses directions above.
2. Select either the Players or Staff tab.
3. Tap Send RSVP Reminders.
4. Ensure the button to the right of all Responses you wish to remind is enabled.
5. Once complete, tap Send.

Under the Yes, No, or Maybe section, locate the "Teammate(s)" you wish to manage.

To the right of the Teammate(s) you wish to manage, tap the three vertical dots &gt; Add Note.

1. Continue from the View RSVP Responses directions above.
2. Under the Yes, No, or Maybe section, locate the "Teammate(s)" you wish to manage.
3. To the right of the Teammate(s) you wish to manage, tap the three vertical dots &gt; Add Note.
4. Enter text.
5. Once complete, tap Save.
