There are a number of reasons why this happens:
Your rostered profile isn't connected to your SportsEngine Account,
The wrong SportsEngine Account/Profile is rostered and therefore connected,
You are logged in to a different SportsEngine Account on the app that isn't associated with your rostered profile,
The organization you are affiliated with hasn't rostered anyone to their Team Pages,
You have been removed as a Guardian from the rostered player's profile,
The admin used the incorrect email address during rostering
