How to Add a Team Manager

You must have Team Manager/Admin permissions to grant Team Manager Access.

You can grant Team Manager access to new and existing staff members from the team roster.

To add a new Team Manager:

  1. Within the Home tab, tap the team you wish to add a new team manager for.

  2. Tap Roster.

  3. Tap Staff.

  4. In the bottom right corner, tap Add.

  5. Tap Staff.

  6. Enter the staff member's information.

  7. Tap to enable the toggle next to Team Manager.

  8. Tap Add New Staff to add the new manager to the roster.

Grant admin privileges to an existing staff member:

  1. Within the Home tab, tap the team you wish to edit.

  2. Tap Roster.

  3. Tap Staff.

  4. Tap the staff member you wish to grant admin privileges to.

  5. In the bottom right corner, tap Edit.

  6. Tap to enable the toggle next to Team Manager.

  7. Tap Save Updates.
