Why Am I Unable to Add a Guardian for a Player?

This is typically the result of a registration tied to the account owner rather than the athlete. To remedy this, an athlete must be removed and re-added to the roster by the team or league administrator.

If you are the Team's Creator or assigned Team Manager privileges, you can click here for instructions on removing an athlete from the roster and here for instructions on adding them back.

You must contact your team or league administrator for help if you are the athlete's parent.
