Fans are not able to interact with Team Chats.
You must be a team creator or have Team Manager privileges to moderate communications through the SportsEngine mobile app.
When viewing the team chat, the following options are available for interacting with and moderating text, images, GIFs, and video:
Like - A red heart with a number will indicate the number of collective likes received.
Unlike - This option will appear only if you have previously liked the media or text you are interacting with.
Copy Text - This will copy the body of the text to your device's clipboard.
Hide Comment - This will only hide the media or text from your chat feed. This cannot be undone. The remaining chat members will not be affected.
Delete Comment - This function is only available to team administrators. If any media or text is deemed offensive or inappropriate, a team administrator may delete any image, gif, video, or text at any time.
Interact with Chat
Within the Home tab, tap the Chat button in the team you wish to manage.
Long hold on to any media or text you wish to manage.
Tap the desired option.
Delete Media or Text
Tap Chats.
Choose the "Team" you wish to manage.
Long hold on to any media or text you wish to remove.
Tap Delete.
Tap Delete again to confirm.
The deleted material will now be removed from the "Chat Feed" as well as the "Chat Gallery."
