Tap Chats.

Choose the "Team" you wish to manage.

In the upper right-hand corner, tap the Gear Icon.

Tap Gallery.

Continuing from the directions above, tap the "Image" you wish to save.

In the upper right-hand corner, tap the three vertical dots.

Tap Save Image.
